This Shipping & Return Policy explains how orders are shipped, delivered, and returned when purchasing from getminifloat.com, operated by Minifloat Limited.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Regions: At this time, we ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU) and the USA. Future shipments to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan will be announced once available.
Courier Service: All orders are shipped with FedEx Express.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the postal code.
Shipping Costs: All U.S. orders ship at a flat rate of $5.95, while shipping within the European Union is free of charge.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Minifloat, you may return it in accordance with the following terms:
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Product: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Cost: A flat fee of €7 per return applies for all EU countries. A flat fee of $8 per return applies for the USA. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Return Form: Simply fill in the Return Form and drop the product at your nearest FedEx Office.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged, or are not returned in original condition cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Complete the Return Form at your nearest FedEx Office.
Place the unused product in its original packaging along with the completed form.
Drop off the package at your local FedEx Office.
Once received and approved, your refund will be issued (minus the €7/$8 return fee).
